Sasha and Julian exchanged vows under towering pine trees on the cottage green. Clouds floated overhead and Lake Tahoe shimmered in the background. This proved to be an extra-special day for them. Namely, both families met one another for the first time on the wedding day! Granted, there are a ton of beautiful Tahoe wedding venues that are ideal for outdoor weddings. But there are few hotels or resorts that are so close to the water. Similarly, there are few venues that offer the same amenities as a Hyatt Lake Tahoe wedding.
Sasha and Julian told me they wanted their Lake Tahoe wedding venue to highlight the natural beauty of the lake. This was always a priority for them. Fortunately, a Hyatt Lake Tahoe wedding makes this easy. The Hyatt offers you a ceremony site on the water’s edge. Even the reception ballrooms have a clear lake view. In summary, I’d say the Hyatt Regency fit their needs perfectly. Sasha and Julian live in Southern California. But the team at Hyatt helped them plan everything. This team of experts handled a myriad of logistics and organized countless details on their behalf.
It is an honor every time a couple invites me into their lives for a special event like this. By and large, this is what keeps me loving my job every day. For their tears, laughter, and for trusting me to document the story of this day, I will remember Sasha and Julian’s Lake Tahoe wedding for a long time!

Albeit slightly farther from Lake Tahoe, a Tahoe Donner Lodge wedding is another forested option you might like!
