Mourelatos Weddings

Mourelatos Lakeside Resort is a fantastic wedding venue in more ways than one. Although it is ideally suited for smaller wedding celebrations, this venue features a large private beach. Mourelatos weddings generally start next to the water and then move to the tent in the reception area. The property has 32 studio suites with an extensive list of conveniences and amenities. You can expect Wi-Fi, fireplaces, and balconies with lake views. As a matter of fact, they even have whirlpool-jet bathtubs!

Mourelatos Lakeside Resort is in Tahoe Vista. This is between Tahoe City and King’s Beach. The resort is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and outdoor recreation options. For those ready to soak up some sun on the lake, Mourelatos offers kayak rentals, beach chairs, umbrellas, and BBQ sets. Although there isn’t an in-house catering staff, Lake Tahoe has plenty of great vendors to choose from.

If your wedding vision includes a ceremony on the water’s edge, sand between your toes, and your closest friends and family around you, chances are the Mourelatos Lakeside Resort is a good fit. By and large, this venue eliminates the need for transportation on your wedding. Once you arrive, there’s really no need to go anywhere until the end of your stay. In addition to the convenient location, the private beach and snow-capped peaks on the horizon have great potential for photography.
