The Tannenbaum’s 4500 square feet of space provide ample room for up to 250 wedding guests. A short 20 minute drive from Reno International Airport puts the Tannenbaum a convenient distance from air travel. Similarly, the venue is just 25 minutes from downtown Reno. To reach the property, drive 10 miles up the Mt. Rose Highway from the 395 interchange.
Planning a wedding at the Tannenbaum Event Center is an exercise in freedom of choice. The 8 hour rental includes all of the essentials for your wedding day. In case you want to keep the party going, you can have a finish time as late as midnight. Once the venue rental is booked, the Tannenbaum lets you select your outside vendors as you see fit. Although on-site event planners are available, your wedding can be custom tailored to taste. Working with a variety of Lake Tahoe wedding vendors of your own choosing is the norm. With this in mind, you can rest easy knowing that there will not be any hidden fees for doing so.
Photography and Tannenbaum Weddings
The Tannenbaum has great potential for creative and artistic wedding photography. Extensive renovations in recent years feature exposed-beam ceilings, expansive windows, and an original double-sided fireplace. When you step outside onto the deck, dramatic panoramic views across the Washoe Valley and Virginia Foothills add to the high alpine setting.
